  • 1. Provided LED lights with fittings for 3 yr warranty with connection

Provide & Install Sound system & regarding work at Annabhau Sathe Sanskrutik Bhavan

  • 1. Supply and installation of Ceiling speakers with low frequency transducer.
  • 2. Installation of 16 channel live mixer, power amplifiers, speaker cable and microphone cable.
  • 3. Supply and installation of vocal microphone to deliver warm and clear vocal reproduction.
  • 4. Supply and installation of 12U rack with locking arrangement.

Turnkey tender for electrification of Left Out villages under RGGVY under Nasarapur Sub division in Mulshi Dn.

  • 1. Supply installation testing and commissioning of 22KV HT and 11KV HT lines under Rajiv Gandhi GrameenVidyutikaranYojana under Nasarapur in Mulshi Dn. of Pune Rural Circle.
  • 2. Supply erection testing and commissioning of distribution transformer centers
  • 3. Survey of HT and LT lines is completed under the guidance of JE as per sanctioned estimate
  • 4. The Testing & Commissioning of the equipments installed/erected was witnessed by the Testing/O & M Engineers of the M.S.E.D.C.L.

Conversion of 22KV HT overhead line to underground cable at various locations from WARJE HIGHWAY CHOWK TO NDA(VITHALNAGAR).

  • 1. Quality work of converting 22KV overhead HT line to underground Cable using 22KV HT 300 Sqmm POWER XLPE Cable (Round armored) maintaining as per MSEDCL Standards.
  • 2. Cable used (MSEDCL approved) for the work include 22KV HT 300 Sqmm XLPE Round Armoured
  • 3. Removed HT poles with its fabrication and transporting it to central store of MSEDCL considering safety measures
  • 4. Supplying or SITC and installation of 22KV, HT 4 Way feeder pillars.
  • 5. Quality work includes:
    i) Proper concreting for feeder pillars ii) Earthing for feeder pillars as per I.S. Standards. iii) Maintaining Proper depth cable trench.

Conversion of overhead line to underground cable at GHOLE ROAD.

  • 1. Conversion of 22KV overhead HT line to underground using 22 KV HT 300 Sqmm POWER XLPE Cable (Round armored) as per MSEDCL Standard.
  • 2. Used Ring Main Unit (RMU) because it is totally sealed, gas insulated compact switch-gear unit.
  • 3. Rating: voltage 22kV, current 630A
  • 4. It is outdoor type 4 panel RMU consisting of 2 incoming SF6 and 2 outgoing SF6 with HRC fuse

Erection Of electrical sub-Station, DG Set, Fire alarm & Solar Power System in KRANTIVEER LAHUJI ENGLISH SCHOOL OF PMC AT YERWADA ROAD.

  • 1. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of 22 KV HT metering cubicle (compact type) approved by MSEDCL of indoor type with trivector meter
  • 2. SITC of 3C x 120 sqmm XLPE 22KV aluminium conductor, round armoured.
  • 3. Used 22KV SF6 Indoor breaker panel which consists of 1 I/C SF6 type load break switch and 1 no. outgoing SF6 circuit breaker.

  • 6. APFCR capacitor panel
  • 7. Modern power networks consists of wide variety of electrical and power electronics loads, in case of such varying loads, the power factor also varies as a function of the load requirements.
    a. This is achieved by using on Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) system which can ensure consistently high power factor without any manual intervention.
  • 8. We used 120 KVAR APFCR capacitor panel for P. F. improvement
  • 9. SITC of solar panel system of 5 KVA capacity to generate electrical power from solar energy and consists of
    a. Solar backup UPS system b. Tubular lead acid battery c. MS powder coated battery rack with interlinking copper cables of suitable size I.S.I. Mark
  • 10. Public Address System
  • 11. A public address system (PA system) is an electronic sound amplification and distribution system with a microphone, amplifier and loudspeakers, used to allow a person to address a large public.
  • 12. DG Set
  • 13. A diesel generator is the combination of a diesel engine with an electric generator (often an alternator) to generate electrical energy.
  • 14. Diesel generating sets are used in places without connection to a power grid, or as emergency power-supply if the grid fails, as well as for more complex applications such as peak-lopping, grid support and export to the power grid.
  • 15. Here we used 62.5 KVA, CPCB with sound proof DG set developing required HP @ 1500 RPM, Radiator water cooled.

Conversion of overhead line to underground cable at SUTARDARA.

  • 1. Conversion of overhead LT line to underground using POWER XLPE LT Cable as par MSEDCL Standard.
  • 2. Excavated cable trench in hard rock using concrete Compressor Breaker
  • 3. Supply and installation of feeder pillars
  • 4. Removed LT conductors from erected pole transporting it to the central store of MSEDCL
  • 5. For labour protection used highly compatible protective tools such as hand gloves, short rods etc.
  • 6. For people safety we attached danger boards on every feeder pillar.

Conversion of overhead line to underground cable at BANER PASHAN LINK ROAD.

  • 1. Conversion of 11KV overhead HT line to underground cable using 11KV HT 300 Sqmm POWER XLPE Cable (Round armored) as per MSEDCL Standards.
  • 2. Cable used (MSEDCL approved) for the work include 22KV HT 300 Sqmm XLPE Round Armoured
  • 3. Used highly compatible cable joints such as I/D termination joints and straight through joints.
  • 4. Quality work includes:
    a. Proper concreting for feeder pillars b. Earthing for feeder pillars as per I.S. Standards. c. Maintaining Proper depth cable trench.
  • 5. Providing and fixing any other electrical items as per DSR.

The Supply, transport, construction, erection, testing & Commissioning of HT/LT lines & DTCs

  • 1. Turnkey project for erection testing and commissioning of HT/LT lines and DTCs under DPDC-ND scheme under Vita division
  • 2. Survey of HT and LT lines is completed under the guidance of JE as per sanctioned estimate
  • 3. Supply, transport, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of HT/LT lines, Distribution Transformer Centers (DTC), for Small industrial connections, Street light, PWW, Primary hospitals, additional DTCs
  • 4. Supply, erection and commissioning of HT line, conversion of 1 ph 2 W LT to 1 ph to 3 W LT as per MSEDCL approval.

Electrical work for decorate a special kind of lighting at Rajbhavan Road, Aundh

  • 1. Supply and installation of decorative poles at brehmen chowk
  • 2. Here we used decorative street light fitting with diffuser protector
  • 3 supply and installation of feeder pillar with self locking arrangement
  • 4 quality work includes :
    a) concreting of feeder pillar b) Two separate earthings
  • 5.For protection purpose we also used danger board for feeder pillar, isolators and also kitkat fuse.
  • 6. Also for all decorative poles we installed timers.

Arrange Fountains in Thorat Garden of PMC

  • 1. Providing and installation of submersible pump motor set with all electrical and plumbing connection
  • 2. Providing and installation of GI pipe for fountain with all plumbing work
  • 3. Supply and installation of nozzles as per design with all plumbing connection
  • 4. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of underwater light fittings with necessary stainless steel bracket
  • 5. Control unit for LED light fittings for synchronization as per instruction
